1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FieldForge mobile application or accessing fieldforge.com.au ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FieldForge is a business management tool for field service professionals. It provides quoting, invoicing, job management, customer management, scheduling, compliance recording, and related features. The App is provided by Paul Funston t/a Funstar Digital ABN 30 577 818 671 ("we", "us", "our").

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Processing

Online payment processing is provided by Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd. When you connect a Stripe Connect account to accept customer payments through FieldForge, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. FieldForge does not store or process credit card information directly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or infringing content, to send unsolicited commercial communications via integrated SMS or email channels, to circumvent rate limits or access controls, or to attempt to interfere with the App's operation, security, or third-party processors.

8. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party processor incidents (Google Cloud, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Anthropic), and force majeure events may cause downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription tier in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to any non-excludable consumer right to lodge a dispute in your local jurisdiction.
