What happens if I exceed my limits?

You will receive a notification when you are approaching your plan limits. Once you reach the cap, you will not be able to create new items of that type until the next billing cycle. You can purchase top-up packs (extra jobs, SMS, AI, or storage) any time without changing your plan.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Save with annual billing (get 2 months free). Cancel at any time — no cancellation fees.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You will be directed to a Stripe-hosted checkout page to enter your payment details. Your card is charged monthly or annually on your billing date. You can view invoices and update payment methods in your account settings.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full Pro-tier access. No credit card required to start. After the trial, pick the plan that suits your business.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@fieldforge.com.au and we will process a full refund. No questions asked.
